I left Alf out in the garden today for a few hours whilst i was out. I thought it would do him good but realised he looks like he has got alitlle sunburnt on this poor nose Any ideas for spray or creams to apply that he wont lick off?

I'd put aloe vera gel on, it's what I use for myself, and cures all ills!
Plain yogurt might also do the trick, if you're worried about him eating it, although aloe vera gel, if pure, will do him no harm.

He may lick it off but as CC suggests aloe vera or calamine lotion they will both cool and soothe, and maybe doggi sunblock from now on

You can get "pet" sunlotion, which is safe if they lick and digest it. We have some called Equimins (or something like that), and I think there is one called PetScreen.
