Supastuds - anybody else having problems?

I have ordered one of their starter kits and a few extra studs some time ago.
No delivery for days until I contacted them. They didn't have enough boxes allegedly. A parcel arrived a little later, containing the box and the extra studs but nothing else (ie the rest of the starter kit).
I tried contacting them again ... Phones not answered and no reply to email.
What is going on?
 
Do try again. Bruce and Annie are lovely people, and I am sure they'd be horrified to hear you've had issues. They have day jobs on top of supastuds, and have been inundated with applications for their training scholarships, so that might be why?

Spotted Cat: any chance you could alert them directly?
I'd still quite like those studs and I'd rather not go down the route if involving my credit card company ...

As those in Competition Riders know (sorry, I don't come in here!) I have some involvement with SupaStuds ;) I'm sure Bruce and Annie would be very upset to hear of the problems you have had - as you are probably gathering from the lack of replies to your thread, you are very much in the minority but of course that doesn't make it excusable :(

I will ring them this morning on your behalf, I'm sure we can get things moving straightaway. SC is right, it has been a particularly busy time in a small office, but we try really hard to give an truly excellent service and I'm sorry that hasn't been the case in this instance.
 
I've spoken to SupaStuds, and I gather muffinmunsh and Annie spoke yesterday and sorted everything out: from what I understand there was something of a misunderstanding, plus some emails going astray (trouble with the name - some organisations' servers tend to put emails from SupaStuds straight in their Junk folders for some reason :D) Anyway, hopefully all sorted now :)
 
I've never had any problems and found them very helpful.

I did get an email from them this morning saying they had a sale on and Happy New Year! Perhaps my email account is playing up or they are still in the festive spirit. Either way I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them.
 
Ditto Measles - absolutely no problems with Supastuds whatsoever. They've always been incredibly helpful whether it's on the stand at a show or on the phone. I placed a large order last week and it was delivered within a couple of days.

Very happy :)
