As title. Can anyone advise on which is more effective?

My daughter's mare has a fear of other horses coming towards her in anything faster than a walk which makes working in the school difficult if there is another horse in there when my daughter wants to ride. It can also make hacking out a bit fraught if we meet other horses coming in the opposite direction. The mare tries to spin and take off in the other direction. She even does it if I try and ride my own mare towards her in a trot even though they know each other well and are turned out together and are friends.

I have tried the steady up on my boy before, can't say it did much to be honest, can't comment on the other one, I switched to using brewers yeast and straight magnesium, found them better and a lot cheaper x

We have 2 on our yard using super calm. I have had good results with it on my daughter's young pony. It just takes the edge off her without making her dopey. Have also had good success with Super Calm instants on show days (prevents explosions).
