Can anyone recommend a good joint supplement?.

My new horsey is 17 and altough she is 100% sound and active she is a little stiff so Id like to give her something thats going to help this.

Also can anyone recommend a good veteran mix? Shes on Spillers verteran mix with Alfa A but ive heard mixed reports about this.

We find that 5* superflex is proving quite popular as is Equimed plus. Basically you need to look at the glucosamine content of any joint supplement as that is a good indicator of how much use it will be. Gold label Glucosamine 5000 is a very reasonable priced one.

5* Superflex by NAF is BRILLIANT!!!And i have tried most of them but they had no effect! My horse isnt that stiff/arthritic, but after he pulled a ligament, my vet thought he might benefit from some sort of glucosamine supplement, just to help as he gets older.
Honestly cant rave about this stuff enough! He's practically doing cartwheels round the field!
