Bit of background, May is a hormonal mare and I currently feed her the Feel Good 30 Hormonal mare which does make a big difference to her behaviour. We moved to our own small yard last week, she has settled well, and I even hacked her out on her on Wednesday (she can get nappy), Friday took her back to old yard for a lesson, Saturday nice hack with her fieldmate.

Today, we were supposed to be going jumping so the other 3 horses went out (she could see them from her stable) she was going MAD! Trotting and spinning in her stable, running at the door, so tied her up outside to groom and she did chill. Mum came down to say hello, so put her back in her box and the stressiness continued, thought the might settle if I ignored her - but no! So took her back out and struggled to hold an control her, she did calm when I stood and stroked and talked to her, but as soon as we walked away from the others she kicked off again, so decided I could'nt be bothered getting so stressed - trying to keep our jumping calm, so ended up putting her out in the field!

I don't know if its because we have just moved and she has gone extremely clingy or what?

I think it is all just the settling in process, so I couldn't worry too much about it just yet. However, if the clinginess does continue, I cannot recommend the stable mirrors enough. PM me if you would like any more details, as I can tell you why I decided to buy one and what the results were (without hijacking your post

Try some of the homopathy sprays from Crossgate Biogentics, they work for me much better in the school, hacks alone still naps and gets nervous but we're on a stronger potion so have been told to expect results in a few weeks or so
