My horse had arthoscopy for ocd in both stifles 2 weeks ago, she has just finished 2 weeks of box rest, had both joints medicated with steroids and the right stifle (which is worse and currently full of fluid) also had HA injected into it.
She now has a further 4 weeks box rest but with walks in hand 10 mins 3xs a day. Her prognosis is guarded... she is currently on nutraquin plus (as given to me by my vet) but I am just wondering if I should give her something else? Or anything else I can do to help increase her chances of recovery... anything would be appreciated
