Supplements for Tendons and Ligaments

Can anyone recommend any of the Tendon and Ligament Supplements?

I've not fed any specific supplement, but MSM is often recommended to promote healing.

I use two equine america ones, glucosamine (joints) with MSM (tendon and ligaments).

I also use ASU 6000 which is also for tendons and ligaments (great for young horses and those with injuries!)

For tendons: Tendonease by Global Herbs.

Not sure whether it's that or management but my vet can't understand the improvement in my horse's tendon each time she scans him. She said old wear and tear is repairing - whilst the horse is in full competition work.

I could be wrong but I thing the major ingredient of this is MSM which is a hell of a lot cheaper.

I've got a horse with ligament problems & would be very keen if i could do anything else to help her

I've been feeding MSM to my horse for a ligament injury and he's back out in the field almost 2 months ahead of what we expected Not sure if it was that or a combination of it, but for the little it costs I'd rather keep him on it for peace of mind
