Ok so poor horse is under the weather with a low white cell count.

Do any of the immune booster supplements out there actually work?

I have seen loads with echinacea, but as that doesn't seem to work on me I don't really think its likely to do much for a horse!

I have been looking at Natural Dynamics Immune system formula & NAF immunforte powder- has anyone used them?

I used Aloe vera juice from holland and barrat. Imust admit to being a none believer in herbal medicine before trying this. My vet told me that as he would not touch the stuff he gave him for a virus this was the next best thing, and it worked wonders

I've used echinacea with good results on horses, one horse had very serious condition. Also works very well when I use it.

I am aware that it doesn't work with some people and can actually make the symptoms worse. So I think it's a case that it works on some and not others.

Equine Gold from Biotol is fab. If you google it, you should find a fairly detailed explaination about it.
