I use Suregrow, have found it a very good feed which also allows me to reduce hard feed quantities but still knowing they get all they need. It also has the benefit of not being anywhere near as dear as other balancers.
Yes started suregrow a few weeks ago for a young in foal mare. She's looking great without too much weight gain which is exactly what I wanted. Impressed so far!
another vote for suregrow you can add and take away other elements while still knowing they are getting everything they need and I only pay £14 a bag for it
I feed my colt on it and he has the biggest knees in the world he sure does grow baboom
I use SureGrow but mine prefer the taste of Bailey's Stud Balancer. There are slight nutritional differences between the products and I used to have an Excel doc with the details of the difference balancers and their nurtritional values but I'm darned if I can find it right now. Maybe someone else on here will have the link.
I really rate suregrow...my 10 month old clyde x is fed it daily and he's maturing steadily and without too much weight to soon. He's going to be a big lad and I wanted to feed something that would all him to mature at a steady rate but give him all the vitamins and minerals without the calories!
