Surface for Corral. Enclosure around Field Shelter.

I rent a field with a field shelter and have got permission to build a Corral around the shelter .

The idea is to use it to shut horses in this area at night.

During the dry weather it will be fine , part is hard standing. I am concerned that it will be poached in the winter.

What could I surface it with ? Cheap and easy to remove if I ever have to give up the field.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

As soon as you put anything down you start needing planning permission. The most you could get away with is bark chippings but with a small are and high traffic like that it would still get poached pretty easily...

If you have a field shelter why do you need to shut the horses in?
