Had to buy daughter a new hat (pony fell over on Friday while they were circling, and she dinked her head, pony and rider fine), so we went off to Robinsons in Basingstoke, as she wears a 3 1/2 which is biggish and not many places carry the stock in her size. I'd looked in Countrywide earlier and we stopped at Scats on the way but they had nothing in her size.
We tried all the PC compatible skulls they had in her size (3, 2 of which were junior and thus not deep enough as she has a very adult shaped head) and the only one that really fitted well was a Gatehouse HS1, very nice but £120! Ouch.
Was pleasantly surprised to be told at checkout they had an in store offer, spend £100+ and you get a £10 voucher (valid for a year). Had resisted the mountain of rugs in their rug sale, and the 15% off Hi Viz (got plenty)
