My Ideal Suzzanah Saddle is now due Thursday which, if it arrives, will mean it has taken 15 weeks, ridiculous.
I have been told that it took Ideal 10 weeks to remember to order a special 19" tree but that the rest of the saddle was started.
I was told it was posted out from the factory on Thursday last week but when it arrived this morning it wasnt my saddle it was someone elses. It is now due to my saddler on Thursday and to me at 3.00pm on Friday.
I am just praying it fits now because i think i might do something drastic if it doesnt.
Why is it the more you pay the worse the service It is costing me a small fortune.
I hope it is worth the wait, thats all i can say.
