Just wondering has anyone bought from surreyequestrian.co.uk? How was their customer service and how long did it take for items to arrive?
 
Thanks, I'm still a bit wary about buying online so it's nice to get some feedback! Their prices are very reasonable and they seem to have a good selection of stock.
 
We tend to visit in person as we live just down the road - but they've always been great.
 
Have successfully purchased from Surrey Equestrian. despatch was quick, and items as described, but not impressed by courier service.

had to do a 60 mile round journey to collect my parcel, to find the packaging torn and the parcel absolutely filthy.

hence haven't placed any orders since. this was 2/3 years ago
 
They're pretty good. I ordered a couple of times last year and have a feeling their postage was cheaper than Equestrian Clearance.... stuff took a while to arrive though. They were good about calling me to let me know one of the rugs and a set of boots weren't in stock so would take longer, and gave me the option to have something else instead or wait for the things I initially wanted to arrive. I think it took about 10 days for everything to arrive because of what I wanted not being in stock, having to order things in...off the top of my head, I think I had to send something back to SE and they were really quick at sending out a replacement (rug too big).

Pretty good price-wise, though not the cheapest. I would order from them again and I always check their website when I'm looking for something

I use them all the time! The are about 40 mins away from me, they have just made it really big and have so much to choose from. All the staff know their stuff so I always find what I need. I have ordered online too and is always been really quick. Very cheap feed and bedding too!!! give them a go! xx
