Surrey Livery Woolgars Farm?

I wonder if anyone has any details on Woolgars farm as a livery yard? I'm looking for somewhere in that area to keep my horse on part/full livery. Needs to have a good school, hacking and turnout and I've heard that Woolgars farm ticks those boxes but would love to hear what it is like from someone who knows the place? Also if there are any other yards you would recommend in that area around the A3 but close to london.

Haven't been there as a livery but have been round their x-country course a few times in the past and it was fab!! Sorry not very helpful I know.

Greenfield Farm Stables are in Effingham, slightly closer to the A3 / M25 intersection, and offers all that you mentioned, and more. On site YO / YM as well, so good security and supervision 24/7.

I was told it wasn't a livery anymore? the XC course is fun but its not a "proper" XC course - its was set up more a fun jumps around their fields - so great fun for hacking but dont expect a full on XC -some of the water complex was pretty full on though!
