Having moved to London I'm looking at options for my boy to move with me - around the Epsom/Headley/Dorking areas
Anyone with any yard recommendations/ ones to avoid?
Grass / assisted DIY / part considered.
I need an arena, good hacking and ideally turnout 24/7 in summer.
