It has. It will have been sent to you yesterday if you're a hunt supporter. If not you'll need to call the secretary. For obvious reasons these are not public documents!

See, I sort of understand that, but on the otherhand the CLCH publish their meets on the web...and I have yet to see unsavoury types showing up and making a nuisance.
