Title of study: Should everyone that mounts a horse be wearing a body protector?

BRIEF
This research is being conducted at University of Derby as work for MSc Environmental Health.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of body protectors in everyday equestrian activities.
This survey is designed to gain an insight into the experiences of riders and horse owners, and how they feel about wearing a body protector.
All participants in this survey will remain anonymous. No names or attributed quotes will be included in the finished report.
PARTICIPANTS CONSENT
I have been informed of and understand the purpose of this study and its procedures and wish to participate. I also understand that in the debriefing session at the end of my participation I will have further opportunity to ask any questions about this study. I understand that the data collected for this study is strictly confidential and I will not be identifiable in any report of this study. I further understand that I may withdraw from the study at any time without prejudice to me.
