As part of my final year project for my psychology postgraduate degree I have to conduct some research. I am investigating job satisfaction and the effects self-esteem, self-efficacy and positive affect have on it. If anyone has a few mins free, the survey is quite quick and very simple to complete! Thanks everyone. Am hoping to see a positive correlation between high self esteem etc and high job satisfaction. Similarly with low self esteem and low job satisfaction. So far so good, but won't be analyzing data for another few weeks. thanks again all!
