Hello,
How are you and everything over there.I am
interested in your advert (Saddle) and i like to know the actual selling
price.I have gone through the advert and everything
seems perfect and exactly what i needed. I will like to know if it's still
available for sale and wants you to know that i will be paying with a
cashier'scheck,personal check or money order,therefore i will
need your full name, contact address and phone number for the
payment arrangement. In regards to the shippment,i have contacted my shipper
and he will be making arrangement for the pick up from your place
as soon as the check or money order clears in your bank and the
transaction must have been completed.
I hope to read back from you ASAP.
Regards,

I sold my car recently and got the same messages - apparently it is this scam where the people agree to buy and send you a bankers draft which you bank and then send the goods off to them. At first the bankers draft will appear to have gone into your bank account but a week letter it disappears so you have lost the money and the saddle!! nightmare!!

Thanks guys, I can act a bit of a Doris sometimes and nearly fell for it !!! LOL

Must remember to cahange my name by depol tomorrow to Doris !!!

no offence meant to any people called Doris !

LOL
xx

I always answer these scams as I can't resist it, I generally say that the price is as advertised and payment is cash only as you wouldn't believe the number of scams there are going about! !
The fools often answer too. I had one of these for a LR pony, wrote back saying that although he had sadly lost a leg in a road accident, as he was a son of Shergar he would still make a fabulous showpony! I still got the same reply, it makes me wonder whether they can actually read English! They certainly were not horsey!
Don't fall for the "can I take it home and try it?" one either! I've been asked that a few times too! Honestly, how brainless do people really think folk are?

I hope you find a genuine buyer soon. Good Luck.
