I have a 7 year old OTTB and I leased him to one girl. She used him for endurance and took very bad care of him. He was in stall all the time, and trained for 7 days - then she went to 10km endurance race, and galloped fast all the time, even on the road! She called me after to tell me his leg is hot and swollen, right front one. When I came swelling was gone, but he is obviously injured. She took photos and I have them with me, and she keeps apologizing and calling to ask how the horse is, but I'm still mad. Now there's no heat, and we trotted him in straight line and no limping. When he walks his right leg knee shakes(if you get it, like when he steps knee shakes twice before he picks up the leg, left leg is normal). He's rested and hand walked and grazed. I cold hose his legs. Here are the pictures, please help me, any help is appreciated. THANKS MUCH!

you need a vet, that is all the help I can give from a few pics, That needs scanning before you consider turning out or exercising him.
