Suspicious activity - Inverclyde/Renfrewshire

Just a little heads up to make anyone in Renfrewshire aware that there have been a few incidents in and around Inverclyde in the past week.

- Attempted theft of a trailer on a yard in Inverkip.
- Two mane 'plaits' found on a horse on another yard in Inverkip. (Aware of the speculation surrounding these, merely stating that they were found!)
- White Transit vans seen on yard, pulling in and driving off when spotted.

There are travellers in the area at the moment, not wanting to point any fingers but please do be vigilant. The police have been informed and they are stepping up patrols.

i live in queensferry , flintshire and on a farm were i have a pony and help there has been a white pick up like u described they kniked 6 car batterys which we used for the electrics and a silver astra has been seen watching the farm with its headlights on it not good cut my lil sistas pony`ys mane and has really spooked the horses x
