Subject: Suspicious Incident - Northampton
Good Afternoon
On 13th February 2011 at approximately 04:00 to 06:00 hrs a male was seen around a farm/stables in the Upton
area of Northampton. The male described as IC3, slim build with a black beard was wearing a light green hooded
top, cream trousers and was carrying a ruck sack and a mobile phone he was using as a light.
The male was caught on CCTV in the stables looking into each of the horses stables and the following morning a
horse left in a paddock at the location had cuts to its face which could have been caused by the horse being
disturbed during the night. Nothing appears to have been stolen but there are concerns as to why this person was
interested in the horses at the location.
