At 5.20 this evening I came out of my stable to see 2 men walking through the gate to our yard. On seeing me, one turned dashed back out and stood on the other side of hedge. Other one asked me if any hay for sale. Their car wasn't parked directly outside the yard but a but further down. I couldn't see it clearly as it was behind the hedge but think it was a dark green polo. They possibly saw my saddle which was sitting outside my stable. Whatever the reason, I had a bad feeling about them. Will post on Hampshire Horsewatch and Hampshire Hoofs.

Hate to say it and don't want to unnecessarily worry you but reckon they'll be back so do what you can for the next few days. If I were you I would take tack home where poss. They are not spooked by being seen. Quite possibly will return in another vehicle and have further vehicle/associates on watch. Extremely unlikely they'd be violent towards you unless you corner them!

Our tack isn't left there as we don't have a tack room but its still a worry as there's still rugs, etc. Will get my tin of spray paint out and mark the stuff I haven't already done.
