I just wondered if anyone had any experience of a horse dealer in Laughton, East Sussex, trading under the name First Choice. Any info, good or bad, would be helpful.
I am having a similar issue. (I am in kent)
I have been reccomended some good ones on here - but have found that they are all charging quite a bit over the odds - they don't seem to have noticed the credit crunch!
I don't know, I've been searching for a horse for months and have driven from county to county either to find it sold at the last minute, too green or a different horse to one that was photographed!
In Sussex I recommend Avril Roberts (Equine Agents) - Horse from her has had no problems, she is very honest and let me try in school, on hack etc.... Also Emma Hinkley at Clip Clop traders she was very helpful but the horse I was gonna buy from her failed vet but for an honest reason and I still wanted to buy but Emma refused to sell - But I would buy again from both of them.
Anouther vote for equine agents, very laid back let you ride for as long as you want. Make you a cup of tea!!! wont sell you something just for the sake of selling they will make sure its the right horse for you!
ive just bought a horse from equine agents, there was doubt over hes age on the vetting, but it was my call in the end and it wasnt her fault, my only winge is over passports, my horse apparently had 3 in existance but not one in her care, it took 3 weeks before one arrived with me.
horse wise.. well LOL ive got a rather good horse, much better than expected by either of us. i think her prices are fair, and she is open to offers.
