Is anyone up this way?
I am trying to work out a way of getting a horse fix, for me riding is secondary but I would like both the riding and the care, anyone looking for a hand over the winter?
I have plenty of experience and want to muck in, I miss it and despite living and working on a 17000 acre estate I can't have a pony or 2 here ?

Presumably you already looked how far you are from RDA groups? RDA Groups - Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)
Maybe put up a card in your nearest tack/feed shops? Ask farrier & vet? How near is the boundary of the estate to your accommodation? - could you rent a field "next door"?
