sorry if this should be in veterinary.

i have a mare that will foal later in the year(2007)
she is due at the end of june.
i will need to get her swabbed for re-covering what is the earliest i can get her swabbed ,or should i send her to stud and get her done there.
basically i want to get her back in foal as early as possible.
hope you can understand what i mean

no it won't be AI
it is ruby and i'm thinking of using dexters puzzle or northern inspiration.

Your mare doesnt need to have foaled to have a CEM swab done , but usually the stud will like it to have been taken within a month of arriving .
So you could have it taken just before foaling or at her foaling checkup.
