Swanage livery?

My Husband and I are considering moving down to the coast. We think our lifestyle would suit living there as we are both scuba divers and rock climbers. But I have my boy to consider too. The hacking will be a million time better than where we are at the moment but I cant find any livery yards in the swanage area at the moment.

I wondered if anyone knows of any and has any idea of cost. I need stabling and a floodlit arena.

Any ideas?
