Swap fever help (EIA)

Hey guys.

I've been set an assignment on any welfare case that i can find. i have chosen the outbreak of swamp fever in ireland. if anyone could give me any useful info on the disease or could point me towards someone knowledgeable about any legislation related to it that would be great.

Also if you google it some american sites come up and of course they have it over there. Hence the negative coggins test required when exporting.
