Morning all. It's a horrible day here, cold and raining all in one. Though Belle really doesn't mind it!

Rode last night, yippee! And despite my reservations she was fab, really responsive and did everything I asked of her. She can't bend to save her life, but she managed to canter a 20m circle (and no sign of her being disunited any time I cantered). She didn't even get distracted particularly!

Looking forward to riding again on Thursday now!

Hope you're all having good days and the weather is nicer wherever everyone esle is!

I've been and seen to the pony!

Feel iiiiiiilllll.... Went to a meeting last night that was followed by a quiz and fish and chip supper. The good news was that my team won.

Bad news is that the fish and chips have upset me.

Just turned the pony out who surprised me by hooning around with the youngsters instead of watching... still at least she's exercising herself!!

Gotta go now or will be late for the next thing!

well, i had a lovely day planned. i was going to cuddle up in the house, potter down to the stables, potter back up and cuddle up in the house... because teenage moody child is at school, toddler is in nursery, and husband is at work. so me and little Maddy were going to have a reeeeelaxing mummy/daughter day...

and then i got up this morning to discover the oil has run out. my (not so bright) husband didn't read the thing right and thought we had loads... but no... my house is FREEZING, and the thought of dragging a newborn baby outside into the icy air, only to bring her back into a cold house... is not good.

so, i'm going to spend the morning on the phone to oil companies trying to find one that will deliver today. before i freeze... gah, it's always drama in my household...

You'll be lucky to find anyone to deliver before Friday I should think - the joys of oil fired heating!! The best thing is to sign up for a top up service - you pay a monthly amount and they top up monthly and if you ever run out they are supposed to come and fill you up - whatever the day - alledgely!!

Well its grey and miserable here

- the shoot are here in a bit and I have a lesson at 2pm on the BGL - getting ready for Saturday!! EEEEAAAPPPPP!!!

Then I am taking the lorry out for a quick spin and before that i have to do some housework

morning all hope we are all well. just been and put horses out and what them go nuts as they have been in for 1 weeks solid as were all getting a panacur 5 day gaurd as a procaution so was a pleasure to watch. vet has now been and took tobys blood tests so should get results back tommorrow night on friday. stables all done and now of to uni for an hour

well i lunged Mouse this morning

she was actually quite good
gave her a brush first and picked feet out she was good little bit twitchy with back feet but didnt kick

lunging went ok left rein was very easy to obtain only did walk and stand today.

right rein was very awkward but we got there in the end

i dont think i will actually ride her im gona make a dummy to ride her, then try and find a suitable child
