Sweet Itch

Does anyone one know any product that could be fed as a supplement to try and stop sweet itch? If anyone has tried SKRATCH from Global Herbs or D-Itch it would be useful to know.

Marmite sandwiches,they are keeping the flies and midges off our girls.

Brewer's Yeast was recommended on here, but my usually piggish horse won't eat it.
must admit, Carr and Day and Martin's Killitch lotion is keeping the midges away, no scratching at all yet, can't recommend highly enough.

Well I am baking the bread in the bread maker for them! Seems to be going down well. (I hate the marmite stuff)

Vets say that there is nothing you can add to feed which has been proved to keep midges away. Sure some may work but nothing has hard evidence to back it.

Marmite doesn't stop midges biting me, i eat it every day just about.
