Swelling on neck

Horse has come in with a slightly swollen neck, along the gullet, equal on both sides. he doesnt seem to be bothered by it and is eating and breathing fine. He does have quite a few fly bites on his head and neck, so wondered if they had caused it.

Just a bit worried due to were it is, any advice?

Grass glands ,nothing to worry about ,they go down when the head is up in the stable.I hate asking a horse to go in outline with these but have to if going to a show or lesson!

Thanks, not where I thought grass glands came up, but went down quickly so must have been

My old boy used to swell up along his gullet at this time of year. It looks horrid but never did him any harm.
