Swelling to fetlock and pastern

Well Lottie received a kick on Sun to half way between stifle and hock to the front and inside, she had a huge swelling for 2 days which was cold hosed. This has gone down considerably but I am still hosing twice daily. On Mon I hacked her out and she felt fine, then she spooked suddenly and cantered off. Yesterday morning she had swelling to the front and side of her fetlock and pastern. Do you think this may be linked to the above or something else. I turned her out yesterday and it did not subside, I walked her out for 30mins and it subsided a bit, up again this am. No heat or lameness. Any suggestions? Shall I call the vet for advice?

My horse did exactly the same thing about a month ago, i would say it is from the injury and it is all the inflamation moving down the leg, as long as she seems well in herself i wouldnt worry to much.
