swinging out hindquarters

how do i stop horses hindquarters swinging out on bend on right rein?I try to push my outside leg back to keep them in, but he just gets excited and starts being silly?

sounds as though he isn't used to leg pressure and if he feels it, it means to him to go faster! I'd get him used to accepting your leg, and yielding to it, rather than rushing away from it. lots of leg yielding, done slowly at walk, so he can work it out, and will start to move his hindquarters to left and right. things like travers on a circle, indirect bend on a circle will all help..
