I really want a LW turnout with some fill and cant afford a 40g PE at the moment,so am eyeing up the 50g swish. Can anyone tell me if they are decent or not? And is anyone aware of any discount codes or anything going about as the prices seem to have gone up a good bit:o thanks:cool:

I've got a 100g fill one - I like it and it fits nicely, but if your horse is between sizes then I would go up rather than down a size.

thanks - i noticed somewhere on their website it said to go down a size if between sizes but I did wonder as often these budget makes are neat

I have a heavyweight combo turnout, it would fit nicely if my girl hadn't decided to grow from the time I tried it on her to the time she actually needed to wear it  Its a nice rug, does the job well, I just need another one the next size up :o

I have one with 100g fill, it is a good fit BUT I find that after it has been worn it seems to convert any body heat into a damp wet film on the inside of the rug. I have to air it before it can be worn again, so can't wear it one day following the next. It has really put me off the rug, I have never had this problem with any other rug and believe me I have many!!!

Firstly I AM NOT ADVERTISING....

I have just brought a swish travel rug and I am over the moon with everything, if you insure with pet plan you will be sent a discount code that's why I brought my mare her silver and black travel rug as it was discounted.

I would buy with them again as I was happy with the travel rug, good quality and sizes are as they say on the label.

Good company to deal with.

Adios

Echo all of the above. I also bought some stable rugs and they are all so light and nylony inside that they slip badly on the horses. Doesn't matter which horse I put them on but they all end up sliding badly to one side. It's a pity as they are well cut and priced but find myself not using them because of reasons above :(

Was the damp wet patch on the bottom part of the rug?? I had the same problem with the medium combo rug they was a falut in theses rug's which I was refund for the rugs. I also did buy the heavy and the super heavy turnout rug's I had the same problem with the heavy horse not hot at all and I had tried another make of rug on no problem.

The customer service was great I did get a full refund over the rug's. It's just a shame the turnout ones are not that good.

Exactly this ^^^

Mine is the 50g I think but the lining can't be breathable as I get a wet patch over the quarters and it hasn't leaked. Never had this with any other rugs and it's happened with two different horses.

I do remember reading on their site somewhere that they had a faulty batch of either no fill or 50g fill turnouts - can't remember
