Tried it - its crap !

Its a very old form of insecticide and no where near as good as the cattle dosing stuff that you shouldn't use on horses. However the fundamental problem is that it won't kill the midge until after its bitten your horse, so doesn't really solve the problem.

Boett type rug (there are cheaper ones out there), Nettex Stop Itch and feeding brewers yeast has been most successful for my horse.
