Switching Cair to flock

Has anyone had this done and have an idea of cost please?

No it felt the same me

Yes. Cost the same as a full re-flock. I didn't notice, but the horse did!

I had flair rather than cair (same thing but retrofitted to a ‘normal’ saddle) for 20 years but late last year one of the air bags burst. The cost to re-flock was £130, the cost to buy new airbags was £195 a pair before the saddler even fitted them. I’d need two pairs as they were wearing out so it was a no brainier to re-flock it. All good so far, I haven’t really noticed a difference. In fact you’ve just reminded me it’s due a check to see how it’s settled.
