Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem.
My gelding, who lives out 24 hrs, has just recently been coming in with white, swollen coronet band. They look really overgrown and rubbery.
It is really wet in the field I'm guessing this is the cause.
Is there anything I can do to help or anything I can put on them to help protect them.

It's probably just his perioples... the equivalent of our cuticles... where the hoof joints his skin.... they tend to swell and go white in wet weather so you've half answered your own question. Nothing to worry about at all... :)
