Hello , sorry im new to a forum but need some help my 4 year old mare was out in a field and went to get her in and her rear left fetlock was swollen got the vet up it has been x rayed, scanned and n/blocked the x ray showed where the bone had chipped but they can not find a loose/floating chip she has been on box rest for two box and i have been bandaging and icing her leg and she has also been on antibiotics they injected the joint but there was no inflection, if you leave the bandages off the leg swells back up she is 8/10 lame on it and there is a bit of heat in the front of it, al my vets keep doing is coming up to x rays it every 3 weeks and i feel i am getting no where any one else had this problem with their horse, we have no idea how she hurt the leg and there was no cut and she has not been soar on it and tendon are fine ???
