Swollen gland?

Sparky has a swollen gland that came up today and slightly yesterday. It is only one side; he has been bitted just above it and just below it so may well have been bitten on it but just didn't draw blood. My first thought was Strangles but he hasn't got any nasle (sp) discharge and only one gland is up. Is it likely to be the bite as it is also swollen around that area or could it be somehting else?

I'd keep an eye on it and it might go down of its own accord. Darce had one come up once and it went down a few days later.
