swollen grass glands ? !!!

just brought my tb in from field, glands on his neck are swollen , i think these are his grass glands , also coughing a little also , should these go down by themselves ? xx

So long as it continues to go down within 12 hours or so then it is nothing to worry about - it's usually an allergy to something he's eaten.

However, if your horse starts running a temperature and not acting himself, I'd call the vet out.
