Swollen legs

I noticed my mare had a swollen off hind yesterday maybe stemming from the hock thinking she must have bashed it. Not lame at all ok in herself no marks or cuts? Then next day all 4 are puffy and swollen no signs of anything! We had different hay on Sat from a new supplier could it be this? I have rung vet and they will prob come out tomoz if it is still as bad.. Not sure what has caused this? Any advice? As she isn't lame and the heat is mild I'm a bit baffled? She stays in a lot but has never had this before no hard feed just hay and grass? Can it be because she is lacking something?

have you tried turning her out to see if she can walk it off and cold hose twicw a day and apply arica and witch hazel gel that is good for knocks sprains and brusing and swelling!

Hi the problem is there isn't any heat to hose if you know what I mean? Got vet coming out which I'm not happy about but just to make sure it's nothing underlying! As it is one major swollen and the other 3 puffy and full of fluid I'm still confused as to what it could be she was out all night walking it off and they are better but still puffed up?
