Hi all
Well my move to a new yard at the weekend went really well and my horse seems to have settled in really, really well so alls good there.
However when I went to the yard last night one side of her mouth is quite swollen and her lip is hanging out a bit. I had a word with the yard owner who, as agreed, had wormed her that day. The wormer had been administered at that side of her mouth and we don't know if it is some kind of reaction to it or if it is simply the fact that she has rubbed her mouth after she had it and caused it to swell. She is eating and drinking well and is in no obvious discomfort or distress so hopefully it is nothing serious.
Just wondered has anyone else ever come accross this before?
