Swollen mouth

Hi

i went down to my mare this evening and her mouth is very swollen and sore with olcers on the top of her mouth i also think her tongue is yellowy and swollen... what could she have eaten to cause this?

ive seen horses get ulsers round ther lips from grazing round buttercups but they dont normaly eat
