Swollen neck glands?

Last night I noticed that my dog (1 year old..) has lumps either side of her neck. I have taken an educated guess that these are her glands. She is totally fine in herself and I only noticed because I was stroking her curled up on the sofa.

When she went to get her first jabs at 8 weeks, the vet noted she had got swollen glands, but they went down and have not been picked up on since.

I am taking her to the vets this coming week for her booster jab, and will ask them to take a look when I'm there.

I just did a quick google search to see what I could find out, and all I can find is cancer? Please convince me my baby doesn't have cancer.....

It is either a sign of infection, in which case be careful with the booster (see my reply under the booster question above), but get it checked out ASAP, unfortunately it was a sign of Hodgekinsons disease in my dog, but it is probabaly an immune response in one so young, am keeping my fingers crossed for you.
