I’m sgoing to be on the phone to vet first thing tomorrow to arrange for him to come but I was wondering do you have to have your horse sedated to have his willy cleaned??

I used to have my horse sedated when he was young very quick with his legs and teeth but now i wait till its out and then quickly put ky jelly on it and it loosen everything

just as quick warning, a swollen sheath can be nothing to do with the sheath itself but actually a sign of laminitis. If there is a weight issue please be aware as we are getting into laminitis season again!

His dicky is quite icky

and he is on limited well grazed grazing for half a day and they hay soaked for 12 hours so fingers crossed it's not lami
