Swollen Tendon Sheath - Left Hind Leg

Am thinking about buying this horse, but she has a swollen tendon sheath on her left hind leg, which has been there for 5 years with no change to it. she hasn't been lame or went lame, however she has had 3-4 foals due to the owner being in pony classes and not being able to ride her. she was put back in work over the winter time and jumping a small course of fences.
I would be buying her to jump and compete in registered classes in Ni, jumping 1.10m.
would it be a good idea to buy her?

I would be very suspicious as I bought a mare under similar circumstances and it caused me much heartbreak, so for me I wouldn't do it again.

Flexor tendon. Although, i had the vet out and she passed all the flection tests.
She was sound in every other way.

If it had been an extensor I would have said ignore it .
A flexor is more serious I would want to now why she became a brood mare , and I would want it ultrasound scanned to see want light that throws on things .
What did the vet advise ?
And importantly is the price right to reflect the risk .

The vet said that if it hadn't annoyed her for this long then it shouldn't.

But she’s been having babies and recently been jumping low courses? That doesn’t mean it’s not going to bother her jumping 1.10 regularly?
