Hi
Sounds like you should trust your intuition about the saddle - if all the sweat is at the front, then it's probably pressing there. If she's a nice girl, could you ride her bareback or with a numnah secured (firmly!) with a roller to see how she reacts?
Where do you live, in case I know a saddler?

i have ridden her bare back and will work lovely even with the saddle on she wont buck or anything but i am just really worried that it is going to hurt her back as she is only young so the last thing i need is her back hurting her the saddler i have at the moment is trying to say she might have a wither problem but shorely if she did she will be soar on it?

It sounds like your saddle is 'bridging' where the weight is on the front and back, and the middle doesn't touch properly. This means more weight on a smaller area, so more pressure.
Your mare could have a wither problem - but it sounds more like your saddler making excuses. Unfortunately the good saddler I know is in Glos. If you check with the Society of Master Saddlers, you may be able to find a better saddler in your area....or perhaps look at the Cair, (air filled) ones. It would be worth doing, for your mare's comfort and your peace of mind.
She sounds like an angel, I hope you get it sorted out.

I would stop using the saddle and get a qualified saddler out straight away. It does sound as if the saddle is rubbing or pressing on her back, and this will eventually do lots of damage and cause her pain. I know - I have made my horse 'cold backed' through having a saddle that I didn't know was hurting him.
