Just got this in my Inbox in the last half hour

I used Kaskara for buttercups etc a few years ago and wasn't impressed. But if it kills those woody plants maybe it is worth considering. My normal selective herbicide (RelayP) gave them a nasty fright but they weren't dead (although only 5 days since, might take longer). Pulling seems more reliable, or someone I know has turned sheep in to graze them off - fine if it's your land, maybe not something you can do if you are on a livery yard.

JillA, that looks like an interesting product, thank you for sharing the link!
Do they top your livery yard from time to time? I've heard good and bad reviews about topping.

It's my own land, and I don't have the means to top, although a contractor would if there was enough to justify it. I rotate, harrow and spray, and it works okay for me.

(For woody plants I spray with SBK, don't know if that would clobber those seedlings but it gets rid of brambles and suckers of hedging that come up in one of my paddocks)
