One of the reasons why the toxins from Sycamore Seeds and Trees are so dangerous this year is the lack of rain last year which has made the toxins this year far more concentrated and potent.

I would suggest that anyone suggesting that because they have not been harfull in previous years and therefore there is nothing to worry about is beimg dillusional and dismissive.
