Currently have Roo in a thorowgood regular but it's getting a bit small for her - am looking at trying her either with a thorowgood cob (but am not sure it will have enough wither clearance as she has decent withers and the thorowgood cob measure chart says she has too much withers) or I've been looking at the flexee and barefoot saddles - I've not seen many reviews on the synthetic flexee saddles but had read somewhere they had been outsourced to india - obviously thats a concern - or else am also looking at the barefoot saddles.
Anyone have any experiences with any of them - mare is very wide and quite flat across her back but has quite a prominent spine with decent amount of withers and her spine is also quite wide so she tends to need quite a wide gap between the panels to allow space for flexion. I'm not the smallest person in the world and need about an 18" seat.
